Review: Naruko Raw Job's Tears Supercritical CO2 Whitening Night Gelly and Eye Gelly

Naruko is a skincare brand created by Taiwanese skincare guru Niu Er. His aim of creating a skincare line was to focus on the quality and functionality of the product where he strongly believes that "what is inside is way more important than the look of the bottle". Niu Er produces skincare products that are beneficial and healthy for your skin where each product has been created using the most selective materials and advanced scientific equipment available that follows his research and development motto-

"Always demand the best: create products with high-effectiveness and strict quality control".

Having said that, the brand name Naruko stands for Niuer, Affordable, Refine, Unique, Kindness, and Original which all subsequently follows his 2 mottos that he is known for.

So after researching all about his skincare products, I decided to try out the night gelly and eye gelly, which is what he is mainly known for, in the Raw Job's Tears range.

What is Raw Job's Tears?
Job's tears is a grain-bearing tropical plant native to Southeast Asia. It's grains are typically mistaken as chinese pearl barley although it does not come from the same family as barley. The Raw Job's Tears extracts used in this skincare range which are found in Nantou, Taiwan contains wheat bran and a high concentration of antioxidants, amino acids, vitamin B & C and minerals.

How it works?
Raw Job's Tears penetrates deeply into the skin to clear away melanin and dark spots which also moisturises and soothes your skin. It starts to clear and whitening your skin by getting rid of melanin through a double whitening mechanism which uses every whitening, moisturising, anti-oxidising, active and soothing elements from the Raw Job's Tears, in addition to ingredients such as Collocate with Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate. With these natural ingredients, together it prevents melanin formation and helps eliminate dark spots, freckles and promote anti-aging.

Review: K-Palette 1 Day Tattoo Eyeliner

I have heard many bloggers and you-tubers rave about this eyeliner. For quite some time now, I've been looking for an alternative for my beloved Stila smudge pot..something that was convenient to travel with or to use on those lazy mornings without the need of a brush. After so much research, I caved in and bought this eyeliner on ebay so I could try it myself and see how awesome this liquid eyeliner really is.

This quick-drying liquid eyeliner has a special brush tip and high water resistant polymers, giving you superb control for creating remarkable smudge-resistant effects. The result: eyes become more defined and focused. It is a film type eyeliner. The water resistant coat polymer keeps the fine eyeliner stay on for 24 hours..it really does feel like a "1 Day Tattoo!" Also, gentle for your eyelashes; containing camomile extracts and panthenol.

WHERE TO FIND IT: EBAY for us aussies..I haven't seen it in-stores anywhere.
PRICE: $13-$16
VALUE FOR PRICE: 3 out of 5
MEETS EXPECTATIONS: 4 out of 5
OVERALL RATING: 4 out of 5

PROS:

It really does last for hours.
 It is smudge-proof.
Brush-tip allows easy application for thin & thick lines.
Easy to remove with make-up remover even though it's waterproof.

Colour is very pigmented...a deep black

CONS:
It can be pricey for some but in many ways, it's worth it.

I have used similar film-like liquid eyeliners before and compared to the pricing for the K-Palette, the alternative was definitely cheaper. (I'll put up a comparison soon)

OVERALL:

Definitely a must-try for those who are on the search for a fine tip waterproof eyeliner...though I would say there are a lot of similar products out there.
